The Quick Version:
Returns accepted on unused merchandise within 30 days of invoice date.
No returns on clearance items - Enigma, Natura, Univac, sundries
ONLY Unused teeth, full sets on original cards, are returnable
No refund on singles, broken sets, mis-carded sets.
Any teeth that are not in resale condition will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not offer refunds on single teeth, mis-carded teeth or any used or waxed teeth. Any teeth that are not in resale condition will not be accepted.
Additional non-returnable items:
Clearance items, singles for repairs, shipping costs
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and pre-approval from Specialty Tooth Supply. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return code. Contact us at christy@specialtytoothsupply.com or 1-800-661-2044 to discuss your return and receive your return code.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item for return you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive it, we cannot refund it.
